Halle Münsterland Congress Center hosted this event. There were plenary sessions about the following topics related to planarian biology: neoblast biology, nervous system and regeneration, patterning, signaling pathways, phylogeny, ecology and evolution. Two major research issues on planarian were also discussed on round-table sessions: transgenesis and planarian “omics”.
