    Senior Bioinformatician in the Neoantigens and Therapeutic Vaccines for Cancer Group at the AIDS Research Institute (IrsiCaixa) focused on the implementation of new neoantigen prediction pipelines for the development of personalized therapeutic vaccines with clinical application in patients with cancer.

    Senior Bioinformatician in the Cancer Genomics Group at the Valle Hebron Institute of Oncology (VHIO) to manage the computational analyses of several applications in cancer genomics, including the prescreening program of metastatic patients, and the development of state-of-the-art technologies for novel fully validated tests that are used in the clinical research.

    Internship (500 hours of practice) in the Image Analysis Unit, Dr. Echevarne Laboratory, Barcelona. The objective of the project was focused in the use of a Computer Assisted Semen Analysis (CASA) system, application based on image processing techniques to determine sperm viability.
