6-frame ORF Translation for Starfish T1 Contigs

Contig sequences were translated into the 6 reading frames to get the ORFs amino acid sequences for this database. Stop codons symbols "*", were replaced by lowercase "x" to avoid running issues with BLAST. However, uppercase "X", correspond to incomplete codons (for instance, those having one or more "N" or those at the end of the sequence missing one or two nucleotides).
